To lead and manage the development and integration of web applications for our overseas clients, you should be able to Plan, Monitor & Control the project.

Should have good understanding of development methodologies, consulting best practices and common web architectures. Understanding of DNS configuration, firewalls, mail servers, Linux server is a definite plus.

As Project Leader/Project Coordinator You Should Have

• In-depth knowledge of the entire development life cycle of a website/web application.
• Good understanding of one or more web development languages, methodologies, and/or architectures.

You will interact with our North American (US and Canadian), European and Australian clients, visualize, conceptualise and define the project structure. You will coordinate with all the concerned departments (content, design, programming & marketing) to follow the project through from concept to final development.

You should have skills and experience in mentoring, project management, and cross-department communication. You will define project team organization, allocate resources, execute project assignments and monitor tasks assigned to team members.

You Should Be An Expert At

• Managing multiple, concurrent projects of varying complexity under time constraints.
• Obtaining client requirements and preparing initial estimates during the pre-sales cycle.
• Assisting team in designing the prototype screens of web applications using HTML, CSS during the initial phases of the project to get approval from client on user interface.
• Creating statements of work and detailed web development project plans including timelines and effort estimates.
• Defining project team organization, allocating, executing project assignments and monitoring tasks assigned to team members.
• Establish success criteria and act as the Single Point of Contact for the customer and project deliverables.
• Tracking and documenting status and time spent on web development projects.
• Reviewing and maintaining quality standards, work closely with QA resource & client's teams while performing due diligence with every project.
• Ensuring deadlines are met.
• Implementing best practices, improving our methodology and quality of work.

You should be results driven; self motivated individual with minimum 3 years experience as a Project Leader handling Web Development projects.

You must have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and be able to meet tight deadlines while working under pressure.

Ability to multitask and good documentation/writing skills a must. A visionary with highly entrepreneurial attitude who is ready for any challenge is preferred.

You Should Have Expertise In

• Driving multiple presales initiatives guiding them to project win.
• Creating project proposals for prospective clients.
• Researching and analyzing client organization's industry and competition for website positioning.
• Creating Content and Functional Specification Documentation for e-commerce websites and other complex web applications.
• Identifying and documenting system deficiencies and recommending solutions.
• Documenting client’s requirements.
• Creating project plans, articulate roles, project goals, timelines and refining design/development processes continuously.
• Managing and resolving any challenges or problems as project progresses – client interactions, delivery expectations, team issues etc.
• Skilled in using at least one well-known Project Management tool in the role of a Project Leader.
• Conduct interviews and recruit programmers, designers, content writers, web marketing experts (SEO, PPC) as needed.

You Should Be Familiar With At Least A Few Of These Technologies/Applications

HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Flash, Javascript, XML, DHTML, PHP, MySQL, CPanel, Content Management Systems (PHP Nuke, Mambo/Joomla, Drupal), OSCommerce, Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click Campaign Management.

Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management, with at least 2 years in recruiting (preferably in a Web Solutions/IT firm).

HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Flash, Javascript, XML, DHTML, PHP, MySQL, CPanel, Content Management Systems (PHP Nuke, Mambo/Joomla, Drupal), OSCommerce, Web Marketing (SEO, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, Viral Marketing).

MBA degree preferred but not essential.

Best in the industry.
