To ensure the right person is selected, we take some necessary steps beginning with.
Resume Screening
Resumes are screened carefully to pick the ones that fit our requirements best. If your resume meets the basic criteria, we contact you.
Telephonic Interview
The first interaction provides a vital exposure needed to gauge your basic communication skills, level of interest in the position applied for, proactive spirit in knowing about the company where you have sent your resume, and your current and future career aspirations.
If your interests match with ours, you are called in to meet the HR Manager.
Level 1 Interview
A detailed one-to-one interaction helps you and us to find how suitable both parties will be for each other - what you bring to table in terms of skills and attitude and
what we offer in terms of career growth prospects, package and work environment.
This is followed by test/(s) to gauge your domain knowledge and your ability to think on your feet and out-of-the-box.
Level 2 Interview
If you are short-listed after Level 1, you are called for an intensive interaction with the senior managers and CEO. Your overall suitability for the position, including domain expertise, skill sets, attitude and aptitude and value base are taken into consideration.
Reference Checks
We carry out reference checks to validate your candidature following which our decision is communicated to you.
