Job Description/Responsibilities
We are looking for Team Leaders / Senior Programmers who can co-ordinate with clients and manage a team of programmers.
You should be experienced in developing E-Commerce Sites, CMS Solutions, Web Portal & Web Based Applications. Be able to manage the full life cycle of web-based applications – Building, Testing & Maintenance.
You Should Have Good Knowledge And Experience In- PHP/MySQL
- Templating engine - Smarty/PHP Template/ Custom templating engines.
- Ruby on Rails
- Flex
- DB abstraction using ADO-DB
- CMS – Joomla/Drupal/Xoops/Plone
- Ajax, XML/RSS
- Zend Tools
- Shopping carts/ Payment Gateway Integration
Desired Profile Of The Candidate
- Ability to Schedule & distribute projects.
- Have strong communication skills and able to work well within a team.
- Mentor & motivate developers and trouble shoot for team.
- PHP scripting, MySQL database design, .Net Technologies.
- Core functions / classes development.
- Fine tune & optimize PHP code
- Advanced SQL, HTML, DHTML, XML concepts.
- Delhi/NCR resident preferred
Experience
- Minimum Experience 4 years of programming experience.
- Hands-On 2+ year of PHP
- Asp.Net development experience added advantage.
Education
UG: B Sc - Any Specialization; B. Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization; BCA - Computers.
PG: M Tech/MCA preferred.
