Performance Management

At Wisitech we have Quarterly Performance Appraisals at regular intervals that will ensure “you get the choices you want and the experience you need to grow faster than you ever thought possible”.

Our friendly and open appraisal policy ensures that your appraisal is directly proportional to your overall performance. It also gives you the opportunity to participate in setting your goals and planning your career path.

The Performance Appraisals take into account deadlines met, projects completed in time, quality of work done, your strengths and weaknesses, areas where you need training, your attitude towards work and fellow Wisitians amongst other things.
