Seeking an experienced AI & ML Engineering Lead to architect and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions while leading a team of ML engineers. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
  • 6+ years AI/ML engineering experience with 3+ years in technical leadership
  • Proven track record in architecting and deploying AI solutions from concept to production
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers

Core Technical Skills

  • AI/ML
    Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch), LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps
  • Generative AI
    Prompt Engineering, OpenAI API, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face, RAG systems
  • Infrastructure
    Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), model deployment, API development
  • Programming
    Advanced Python, SQL/NoSQL, version control, CI/CD for ML

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Design scalable AI/ML architectures for business applications
  • Lead development and deployment of production-grade AI models
  • Drive Generative AI innovation (text, image, voice, video)
  • Establish best practices for model development and deployment

Team & Strategy

  • Lead and mentor ML engineers and data scientists
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design)
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies
  • Guide organizational AI strategy and roadmap
