In 2026, Wisitech and QuickTrick Alignment marked a decade of working together: a relationship built on trust, consistency, communication, and shared respect. To celebrate this milestone, team Wisitech created a fun caricature for Tess Winningham, CEO and Co-Founder of QuickTrick Alignment, somewhat like the Ghibli art that was trending some time ago. Tess has, all these years, been a bulwark of support in all Wisitech’s endeavours, while the team has worked wholeheartedly on helping her grow her business online.
The caricature made the team smile and Tess laugh – reminding us how grateful we are for the confidence and partnership she has extended to us over the years.
10 years of showing up
QuickTrick Alignment has been a Wisitech client since 2016. Over that time, the work has spanned website design and development, a custom WooCommerce store built to handle complex product variations across vehicle types and kit sizes, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, content strategy, and ongoing UX improvements. The scope evolved as the business grew, and Wisitech grew with it.
Through those 10 years, the digital landscape shifted considerably. Platforms changed. Consumer behavior changed. What worked in 2016 needed rethinking by 2020, and again by 2024. Staying effective for a client over that length of time requires more than technical skill. It requires genuine attention to where the business is headed and a willingness to adapt the strategy alongside it.
QuickTrick Alignment brought clarity about their goals and stayed engaged throughout. That made the collaboration work. When both sides are invested, the results reflect it.
The caricature
To mark 10 years, we created a custom illustrated caricature of Tess: seated at her desk, pen in hand, surrounded by the details that reflect who she is and how she works. Her notebook open to a “Plan for Success” checklist. Her Wisitech mug on the desk. The books stacked beside her labeled Strategy, Alignment, Innovation, Impact. The framed sign behind her reading People First. Solutions Always. Success Together. And in the corner, a small stone engraved with three words she leads by: Passion. Purpose. Performance.
Every detail was intentional. The caricature was not a generic gift. It was a portrait of someone we have genuinely come to know over a decade of working closely together. Her values, her leadership style, and the way she shows up for her business. It was our way of saying: we paid attention, we appreciate the relationship, and we are proud of what we have built together.
Tess responded warmly:
“I love the caricature. Please feel free to use it for your purposes and tag our business page if you like. Sending all the love.”
That is the kind of response that reminds you why this work matters. Not just the projects, but the people behind them.
