There are clients you work with. And then there are people who become part of how you think about the work itself. That’s what 15 years of partnership has meant to Wisitech. It’s a story of trust, shared growth, and a relationship that has evolved alongside both organizations.
Kirsten Frosh is one of those people. The Wisitech partnership with CRISMA, which she brought to us when her own career took a remarkable new direction, is one of the more meaningful projects our team has had the privilege of supporting. But the story starts well before CRISMA.
A relationship that predates rehabilitation
Kirsten first came to Wisitech when she was running Frosh College Consulting, guiding students and families through the college admissions process. The work we did for her then was focused, personal, and built around her voice and values as a consultant. It was a good fit from the start.
When Kirsten eventually stepped away from college consulting and took on a new role as Clinical Education Coordinator at CRISMA, a nonprofit outpatient rehabilitation center in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, she brought us with her into that next chapter. That kind of trust does not go unnoticed.
What 15 years of partnership made possible
CRISMA is not a small operation. The center supports more than 400 families every week through a multidisciplinary model covering physical rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, hearing and speech services, hydrotherapy, psychology, and community outreach. It also runs Medical Shadowing, Volunteering, and Internship programs for international healthcare students, many of them from North American universities, who come to San Miguel de Allende for immersive clinical experience.
When Kirsten came on board, CRISMA had the depth but not yet the digital visibility to match it. The organization was largely absent from search results for terms that prospective students were actively using. Its social media presence was inconsistent. And the full story of its community impact was not being told online.
Wisitech built and executed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to change that. This included SEO-focused content development targeting students searching for medical shadowing and volunteer programs abroad, dedicated landing pages for each program, and a structured social media calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn. We also placed content on third-party portals to expand reach beyond CRISMA’s own channels. The work extended to highlighting CRISMA’s partnership with La Clinica SMA, which added credibility and broadened appeal among pre-med students looking for exposure to multiple facets of healthcare.
The results have been meaningful. CRISMA now ranks in the top 10 on Google for several key shadowing and volunteer-related search terms, and has established visibility across AI-powered search platforms, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity. Qualified leads from North America have grown, and the organization’s digital presence now reflects the scale and seriousness of what it actually does.
The impact of this work is perhaps best captured in Kirsten’s own words:
“Thank you guys for all of your hard work because we look great on Instagram, we look great on the website, our blogs are awesome, our LinkedIn is awesome. The credibility that we were trying to establish has been established thanks to you guys.”
The illustration
To mark nearly 15 years of working together, the Wisitech team created a custom-illustrated portrait of Kirsten. It is a small gesture, but it came from a genuine place. When someone has trusted you across two entirely different chapters of their professional life, across industries, across borders, you want to mark that somehow.
The illustration is our way of saying: we see you, we appreciate you, and we are glad you kept us in your corner.
Here is to you, Kirsten
Thank you for bringing us into your work, twice over. For the clarity you have always brought to every conversation, for believing in what we do, and for the kind of partnership that makes the work feel worthwhile.
Nearly 15 years of partnership have shown us that the best client relationships are built on trust, consistency, and shared purpose. As the Wisitech partnership with CRISMA continues, we look forward to the next chapter together and could not be more proud of what this journey represents.
